The Intermediate Proofer is a precise and dependable machine designed to provide the necessary resting time for recently divided dough portions. This critical phase allows the dough to release tensions acquired during the division process, facilitating its elongation in the subsequent steps of the production process.

Operable in both manual and automatic modes, the Intermediate Proofer incorporates a sensor at the dough entrance, ensuring that each piece of dough delivered from the divider and rounder falls into an empty basket. This same sensor acts as a counter, providing a clear count of the dough pieces entering the prover. The positive transfer method shifts dough pieces toward the next pocket during each cycle.

For flexibility, the machine can be produced with a right entrance/left exit or vice versa configuration. The hygienic and easy-to-clean plastic baskets used in the prover are removable, ensuring efficient maintenance.

The Intermediate Proofer is available in various pocket quantities, including 88, 152, 176, 240, 328, 416, and 640 pockets, catering to different production needs.
